NOTES

Pattern is worked in 3 parts: Side 1 (rows), Side 2 and Border (rows), and Cuff (rounds).

Place 1 stitch marker into top of first and last stitch of each row, moving as each new row is completed. Place 1 stitch marker into ch-1 space of each (Puff, ch 1, Puff) as indicated in Row 2, moving as each new row is completed.
