Transparency in communication - Liliana Nardese
Introduction
Human beings have always used various forms of communication and various tools to communicate: words, drawings, symbols, songs, prayers, meditations, through which either to destroy or to give reassurance and Love.
In recent times, neurosciences have demonstrated that words are so powerful that they can change our perception of reality: if we use everyday words of anger, of devaluation, related to our fears, we will become sad, in a very bad mood and devoid of energy.
However, we can transform this heaviness, this negativity that, in spite of ourselves, often accompanies us, by changing the use of words, which are in fact materialized thoughts: using kind words, expressing out loud trust and encouragement towards what we do, telling ourselves that we are happy and that we will certainly be able to achieve our goals, will transform the whole vision of our life from negative into positive.
These are the main steps to take on the path to becoming Leaders of ourselves, to implement a transformation as incredible as simple, a transformation that will allow us to rediscover the joy and the desire to live so as to experience new situations and emotions.
In fact, our whole future is to be built, which is why we can dare and imagine having the best of the best.
After all, every true Leader knows that whatever difficulty may arise, he will always have the right intuition and will always be able to find the solution to overcome it.
We will therefore be the only ones to guide our lives, and we will no longer be at the mercy of the various deceptions of our mind which are nothing more than tests to be overcome functional to our evolution.
Chapter 1
How to be a Leader of one’s own life
… the Leader is a fundamental figure...
it represents a way of being...
We often talk about the role of the Leader, a role generally associated with the world of work, but in reality, the Leader does not belong only to the world of work, he is a fundamental figure in our daily lives as he represents a way of being.
In our private life, within our family, in our social context, we can observe how important the presence of a natural Leader is. Whether it is a family unit, a group of several people, or even a single person, how does a Leader behave? Its most important role is indicated by the etymology of the word itself (from the English verb to lead), and it consists in guiding one's group of people towards personal growth to gain confidence in life.
To be able to do this, it is essential to have specific goals to achieve, either in the short or in the long term, which also involves making decisions that sometimes prove to be extremely difficult and often unpopular. A fundamental rule is to know how to listen and set a good example, as we all know that the imitative model always proves to be successful and effective; children themselves need people they can imitate to grow up, and this implies trusting them.
A good Leader, for example, knows how to take his own responsibilities, without trying to unload on others either the failure of some projects or the weight of problems to be solved: whether it is choosing a holiday or facing an unexpected expense he will always know how to find the right solution.
There can be different Leaders within the same family or group, the important thing is that they all have the same mission, and it will then depend on the character of the individuals as well as on the circumstances in which they find themselves to define who at that specific moment will take on the role of Leader and decide what to do. The only essential aspect is that it is a decision that leads to the achievement of the established goal.
Knowing how to delegate is also part of the skills of a good Leader, to be able to inspire, train and grow people and make them become Leaders in turn. Which is not easy, if we think about how many times we see people with a low standard of living who struggle to support their family, but we also see people with a good standard of living who are unable to achieve what they would like.
A leader is born, it is a skill inherent in our personality, it is a gift that is part of the genetic heritage we have inherited, it is therefore a matter of recovering this gift to make it ours, but only if we are really motivated to do this and we really want to become Leaders.
Imagine being able to rediscover every experience of our family's life, to recover all the fragments of the life of our ancestors and to assemble the experiences lived by both families of our parents: all this would represent an incredible material at our disposal to learn useful lessons for our lives.
In fact, with this awareness alone, taking the best of the various experiences lived by our ancestors, we could discover that everyone has lived hundreds of different experiences that are all part of our genetic baggage and allow us to have everything we will need to be good Leaders ourselves, favoring all types of work and assignments.
The true motivation of a Leader is to be naturally predisposed
