Troubled Project Recovery: Retired Project Manager

About this ebook
There are two types of project managers, those with projects that have "gone south" and those with projects that will. It happens more frequently than we like to admit, and it will eventually happen to even the best project managers.
It has happened to me, and it will happen to you. When it does, the project manager should be prepared to identify and correct the problem.
The recovery process outlined in this eBook will focus on taking simple steps to identify and analyze the underlying issues causing the problem, then craft and implement the recovery plan.
