Foreword
IMAGINE A LIFE WHERE every morning begins with clarity, energy, and an unwavering certainty that you are on the path to achieving your goals. This book was written to give you that possibility. In a world saturated with information, constant emergencies, and unclear goals, I myself have experienced this feeling of being overwhelmed, unable to differentiate between what is urgent and what is truly important.
I'm going to tell you a story. It's about a guy who nearly burned out at age 20 because he believed productivity meant sacrifice. That guy was me.
One evening, exhausted, I looked at my reflection in my computer screen—sunken face, dark circles under my eyes, messy hair. And then a question struck me: What if it all started... now? Not tomorrow. But tonight, at this very minute?
My brain tried to negotiate: Tomorrow I'll get organized. I promise.
But tomorrow was always the day of NEVER .
So I did something radical: I abandoned my to-do lists. I ignored the advice of brainwashed coaches. I started experimenting. Finding my method. And that's when everything changed. This book was born from that spark. From the experience of someone like you, who tested, failed, and found a path. A path you'll make your own, not follow blindly.
THAT NIGHT, I REALIZED: trying to 'do everything' in the morning is like an experienced captain trying in vain to save a half-sunken ship in a rough sea... during a cyclone. But I also discovered a solution. A method so simple that you'll wonder: Why no one thought of it before—or perhaps underestimated it or not revealed enough.
Before, I'd tried 5 a.m. alarms, productivity apps, and colorful to-do lists. But nothing changed. Why? Because these methods ignore a crucial truth.
Did you know? A study from the University of Cambridge (2023) shows that 78% of important decisions are made... after 8 p.m. Yet, 92% of people worldwide waste this key moment.
Your biggest mistake? Believing that everything starts tomorrow at 7am or even at 4 or 5am for the most robust, determined and ambitious for success thinking that we are ahead of those who are still asleep. And yet the situation has not changed, from dawn reality resurfaces. Your brain overwhelmed by the multitude of tasks starts from bed in overload mode , which instantly causes stress and very quickly... you are aware that it is not going to go well and your day is ruined if you do not do something.
So, you don't think about anything other than morning routine methods, but after many attempts, you finally realize that these simulations only make your situation worse, and finally admit that at least 15 minutes of planning yesterday evening would have prevented such a nightmare. This would, in fact, be more than enough to transfer the burden overwhelming the brain onto your planner, brainstorm, search, find solutions and plan everything, which would promote a healthier and faster sleep.
The next morning you would have had a rather exciting awakening, with a broad smile, full of energy, seeing only opportunity, ready to confront and destroy everything. No need for artificial motivation to get started. And that's what a productive morning is all about!
Your real problem isn't lack of time... but your evening management.
Today, when I see someone scrolling through their phone at midnight with dark circles under their eyes, I think, That was me. That could be you. But it doesn't have to stay that way.
Tonight, I don't want you to underestimate this precise moment in your life in the long journey of seeking success. I'm speaking to you very personally, perhaps you are reading this book one morning, pencil in hand by your window with the rays of the sunrise illuminating your room, one afternoon or on a quiet night when some are already asleep and you are taking advantage of this moment alone to think about your future self.
You may be at the moment of making major decisions in your life that will greatly contribute to your future. Maybe you are preparing and you can't sleep because tomorrow morning you have an exam to pass, you are training harder for this competition because you have a formidable opponent to face very soon, you have a race to win in which everyone is counting on you, you have a business project to start... Let me tell you:
At some point in life, no matter who we are,
