    Introduction

In a world where technology promises to connect and empower, what happens when it becomes the very tool that isolates, observes, and controls? Fate, Technology & Artificial Intelligence: The Story of Moses Kamuri is a deeply personal memoir that explores the intersection of human vulnerability and digital surveillance.

Moses Kamuri invites you into the raw, unfiltered journey of a life interrupted by suspicion, misunderstood by society, and challenged by invisible systems. From being a high-performing professional to a man watched and doubted at every turn, this is not just a story—it is a lived reality of navigating mental health, grief, family conflict, and technological intrusion.

At its core, this book is a search for identity and truth in an era where privacy has become a privilege, and data often defines destiny. Through heartbreaking encounters, haunting reflections, and resilient resolve, Moses paints a picture of what it means to survive under silent scrutiny.

This introduction is your gateway into one of the most gripping real-life accounts of modern-day psychological warfare, misunderstood mental illness, and the ever-blurring line between man and machine.

Life is a journey filled with twists and turns, moments of triumph, and instances of defeat. As I sit down to reflect on my 29 years of existence, I realize that my path has been anything but ordinary. The weight of expectations, the burden of past choices, and the relentless gaze of a world that watches my every move have all played a part in shaping my reality. I have recently quit drinking and abandoned all forms of substance use, hoping to find a better life. But despite my efforts, struggles persist, and the road ahead remains uncertain.

One of the most defining aspects of my existence is the artificial intelligence chip embedded in my head. A marvel of 21st-century technology, this chip tracks my every action—when I eat, sleep, shower, or even when I am lost in thought. It is an innovation that has the potential to revolutionize human interaction with technology, yet it has stripped me of my privacy and autonomy. While some might see it as a gift, I perceive it as a curse. The world no longer sees me as just another individual; instead, I have become a source of data, a living experiment for those who monitor my existence.

From the moment this chip became part of me, my life changed in ways I never anticipated. People listen to my thoughts, analyze my actions, and interpret my decisions through a lens that I cannot control. It feels as if I am in a never-ending social experiment, a pawn in a game where the rules are dictated by unseen forces. The worst part is that those who observe me do so with fear. Not fear of me personally, but fear of what my existence represents—a reality where privacy is a luxury and individuality is under constant scrutiny.

I have seen people distance themselves from me, not because they dislike me, but because they fear the consequences of being associated with someone under such intense observation. Employers hesitate to hire me, not because I lack skills or experience, but because the presence of the AI chip in my head makes them uneasy. I am perceived as a liability, a person whose success could cost more than they are willing to pay.

At the core of this entire situation is the promise of a number—something so valuable that people are willing to do anything to obtain it. This number, whatever it represents, holds the power to elevate individuals to unimaginable heights, yet it is also a tool of control and manipulation. I do not know who involved me in this grand scheme, nor do I understand why I was chosen. But I do know that my every action is scrutinized, my every failure anticipated, and my every success deemed too expensive for society to accept.

This number, this seemingly mythical entity, is both a temptation and a trap. Those who seek it are willing to destroy reputations, fabricate narratives, and manipulate realities just to be granted access to it. The idea that one’s entire existence can be reduced to a single number is both terrifying and fascinating. It is a game that I never agreed to play, yet I find myself ensnared in its web, struggling to navigate a world where every step forward is met with resistance.

The constant surveillance, the fear of being misunderstood, and the relentless societal pressure have taken a toll on my mental health. Anxiety has become a constant companion, a shadow that lingers even in my moments of solitude. I see a doctor regularly to address these mental health concerns, yet even within the walls of a consultation room, I wonder if my struggles are truly understood. Can anyone truly comprehend what it feels like to live under such scrutiny? To have every thought, every action, and every mistake analyzed by those who have never walked a day in my shoes?

Mental health is a battle that many fight in silence, and I am no exception. The stigma surrounding mental struggles remains a
