It is likely that you purchased this book because you're looking for more sleep. Maybe you are constantly exhausted or run out of energy in the midday. If you suffer from chronic insomnia or have a fluctuating sleep patterns This book will help you improve your sleep so that you can live your life in the way it was intended to be lived.
Ideally, you should try to sleep enough to wake up feeling refreshed, and remain at a high level throughout the day. The amount of rest you require to achieve this is dependent on you whether it's 6-hours or 9-hours.
