ARC Document Solution Internship Interview Experience

I recently had the opportunity to interview at ARC Document Solutions, a placement facilitated by my college, Government College of Engineering and Leather Technology. The process involved several rounds aimed at selecting candidates for a six-month paid internship, with the potential for a full-time offer afterward.
First Round
The initial round was an aptitude test, consisting of 15 moderate-level questions to be completed within 30 minutes. Out of the participants, 11 of us advanced to the coding round.
Second Round
Here, we were tasked with solving four coding problems within 45 minutes, including the Stair Problem, Roman to Number conversion, sorting a linked list, and a stock exchange problem. I managed to solve all four questions, leading me to the next round.
Third Round
The third round was the interview, where I was asked to code in Python and discuss my resume. The interviewer began with a simple introduction question and then delved into technical inquiries. Topics covered included finding the square root of a number without using built-in functions, recursion, lambda functions in Python, object-oriented programming concepts like inheritance, and scenarios involving coloring an n x n cube. Additionally, I was presented with a mathematical puzzle regarding the doubling of levels in a pond and determining its fullness. Towards the end of the interview, I was asked about my preference for frontend or backend roles and if I had any questions.
Fourth Round
In the fourth round was second interview, the discussion extended to my family background, SQL queries, and various methods for finding prime numbers.
HR Round
Finally, the HR round focused on personal motivations, time management between college and internship commitments, and role preferences.
After the rigorous interview process, I received a confirmation email for onboarding, securing a position with ARC Document Solutions.
Overall, the interview experience provided a comprehensive assessment of both technical skills and personal attributes, culminating in a rewarding opportunity to join the team at ARC Document Solutions.
