- [Instructor] In this series of movies, I'd like to give you some quick pointers. If you're interested in trying to emulate the work of Don Bluth and to some extent also, the studio that he emerged out of, the Disney studio, in particular, the work's done in the 1960s and 1970s. It's a particular time with a particular style and I'm going to walk you through, you know, some of the things that make it look like that and why. So this is a scene that I did in an attempt to try to copy some of that. And this scene was done by hand, animated in Photoshop, drawn so there's no puppet stuff going on here. It's all drawn. And that's a kind of a key too, like you really have to get away from puppets and as best as you can, do as much by hand if you really want to sell this kind of thing.
