- [Scott] Throughout this course, we've seen a few popular Linux distributions and used them a little bit. We've also explored major differences between distros. I hope that learning about how distros can differ from each other makes approaching a new distro easier and less intimidating. Trying to choose a distribution just by looking at it or reading about it is like buying a shirt on the internet. It might look like exactly what you want, but when you put it on, it may not fit quite right. Or it may be exactly perfect. I recommend taking some time to experiment with various distributions and maybe explore some that I haven't shown in this course. As I've mentioned before, you may find a distro you like on your first try or it may take a while to find one that's right for you.
