Using data visualization plugins in Adobe Illustrator
- [Instructor] As discussed in the last lesson, Adobe Illustrator provides a robust suite of data visualization tools to visualize simple charts and graphs, like bar charts, column charts, pie charts, area graphs, and line graphs. But if you want to move into more advanced charts and graphs and prefer working exclusively in Illustrator, then a data viz plugin, like Datylon, is a must. You might be wondering why I didn't include Datylon in my list of free online tools in the last lesson. It does provide an amazing, entirely free online tool to create charts and graphs. While it has fewer chart and graph types to choose from than Flourish or PlotDB, it provides far more variations within those visualization types to get the creative mind spinning with potential. But for anyone already experienced an Adobe Illustrator, the Datylon Illustrator plugin is really the crown jewel of this brand. And at the time of this filming, nothing compares.
