- As I start this video, you can see that I have a few application windows open on my screen. I could share a live view of my screen or any of these individual windows with my coworkers in Teams. So first I'm going to switch over to Teams, and I'm doing this on a Mac because there is one small detail. If you are working on a Mac, I recommend you do not click the green button and switch to the full screen view. And if you are in the full screen view, just click that green button again to switch back to a floating window. The screen sharing works more smoothly if you're not in the full screen view on a Mac, and it doesn't make a difference if you're working on Windows. So I'll start by going over to the Chat section where I have some ongoing chat conversations. I could select one of these conversations, then click the button with three dots near the top right to open this menu. And then there's an option for screen…
