Pin your favorite conversation channels

You can pin the conversation channels you use most often to access them quicker. In the Teams category, find a channel you work with often, point at the channel name and a button with three dots will appear. Click that button to open a menu, then choose Pin. Your pinned channels will always be accessible at the top of your list of teams. You can quickly access those channels from there. You can pin multiple channels if necessary. To unpin a channel, open the menu and choose Unpin. If you work with the Teams mobile app, make sure the team section is selected and your pinned channels will appear at the top of the list of teams in the mobile app as well. Tap the account icon in the top left corner, then go to settings. Go to the messaging category. And if you want, you have the option to show your pinned channels in the chat list. Enable that option, then tap the back button, then close settings. Now when you go to the chat section, your pinned channels are listed there as well. With…
