Finalizing the script
There's an old saying that writing is rewriting. I think what that means essentially is that everything improves with editing. So you've submitted the first draft, maybe even the second draft, the third draft, fourth draft or more. But now it's time to finalize that script. I can't stress enough how important it is to read your script out loud, the whole thing, every word. And if you can have someone else read it out loud for you, that's even better because then you can actually hear what that script says as opposed to just hearing yourself read it out loud. Although there's big value in that as well. This would be the time you would do the storyboarding, if it's required. If it's not required, well then just send it on to the stakeholders and get the approval from all of the stakeholders you've been working with so far, everyone who's approved the script so far. But now, you'll find out about that Senior Vice President no one told you about, who wants many changes to the script. So…
