- Once you've completed your diagram you may want to consider changing up the look and feel. We're going to look at some of the formatting options we're already familiar with, including some new ones as well. Let's start by going up to the title and if you can't read that just zoom in to around 100% and scroll up. You'll see that it's LMS Transfer Project. This is migrating from one learning management system to another. We're going to take this out because, when we select it press delete, we have an opportunity now to use something else in the background that allows for adding a title. So let's zoom back out to the full screen. Clicking the button to fit page to current window in the bottom right corner. And from here, we'll go up to the design tab on the ribbon, give that a click. And when we go to the backgrounds group, we've seen some of the backgrounds and used them in other types of drawings. And we could apply them to our current diagram here, our timeline.
