List shapes used in a diagram

- Regardless of the type of diagram you're creating here in Visio 2016, there's a handy little Report that will keep track of the shapes you're using and how many in your diagram. We're going to check it out as we continue with our Wire Frame Diagram we've been building. And if you've added additional items and elements to your Wire Frame, it might look similar to mine. Let's just zoom in to around 100%, you can see I've added some additional radio buttons and labels, you can see the different elements that are part of our Wire Frame diagram here, but to really know how many of each shape we have, we can create a Report. Let's zoom back out, click the button in the bottom right corner, Fit Key to Current Window. Next we'll go up to the Review tab, click there, and you'll notice something called Shape Reports, give it a click. Now this is going to allow us to get an Inventory of our shapes, so that's the only option for this particular diagram, and all we have to do is click Run. When…
