I’m delighted to share that I’m stepping into a new role as Partner at AAB. “You Are the Company You Keep” I’ve always believed that where you choose to work doesn’t just define your career - it defines you. Eight years ago, I made the decision to relocate to Belfast to join FPM, an incredible firm led with purpose by Feargal McCormack and Teresa Campbell. It wasn’t just the opportunity that drew me in, but the people, values and culture. Since then, we’ve embarked on an amazing journey filled with growth, change and unmatched opportunities. With our choice of the new PE backing, we’ve made a bold decision to continue on that journey and build on the platform we’ve created. Today, AAB is a 1,000+ strong powerhouse of professional service expertise and a Top 25 firm in UK&I - and what excites me most is that we’re just getting started! Personally, it’s been a journey guided by purpose, supported by an incredible community of colleagues, clients, mentors and most importantly - anchored by my faith and family. To the Senior Leadership Team, Partner Group and to my brilliant team at AAB (too many to name individually) – thank you for your trust, support and shared commitment to what we’re building together. I couldn’t be prouder of the company I keep today. What do I want to achieve? To build a purpose-led, market-leading, ambitious practice that is relentlessly focused on going above and beyond together.
