Today, marks exactly four years since the creation of Digital Hub Warsaw at Bayer. I remember when, four years ago, I received from Bijoy Sagar the biggest challenge of my life - to build from scratch a global software development center in Warsaw for Crop Science, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer Health. I started from zero - no office, no processes, no computers, - right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. Despite some challenges (life is not always easy), since day 1 I had a vision, energy, hunger and the desire to build something outstanding that would truly deliver digital solutions as well as the value to Bayer's customers.   Over the past few years, I’ve managed to build a fantastic team of 350 software engineers who design and develop global platforms for patients and farmers as well as for colleagues at Bayer. I am incredibly proud of the people who have joined us, and of the teams characterised by great diversity, high productivity, and amazing engagement and commitment to projects that help to fulfill Bayer’s mission: Health for all, hunger for none.   Four years after day one, Digital Hub Warsaw is not slowing down. We continue to grow, and I am currently looking for software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, Cloud engineers and Cyber Security engineers. Right now, we have 120 open positions which we would like to fill in by the end of 2025.
