10hStartup founder here — still urgently need help from the Google Workspace team. Our domain geonode.com has been locked out of Workspace for 3 days due to an address verification issue. It has now been escalated, but the response has been incredibly slow and lacking urgency, despite the serious impact on our business. We still have no access to email, Drive, or calendars. Our team is blocked, our customers are affected, and we’re losing productivity and revenue every day this continues. This level of disruption for a paid Workspace account is unacceptable.
