We will embrace your sports shoes, loose T shirts, tie up messy hair when you are busy finishing ambitious projects
We will embrace your mood swings and bad temper in stressful situations
We will be fine if someday you want to scream, shout or cry because life is unmanageable
We will love you when you laugh loud, get drunk, or behave unreasonably
We will embrace all of you!

No one will judge you
Whether you love whiskey or 4 shots of vodka at office parties
Whether you carry fancy bags or wear sport pants at work
Whether you are loud and pushy or subtle and kind during meetings
Whether you are divorcee, married, Lesbian, or straight
Whether you have 4 breakups or 2 broken marriages
Whether you wear shorts or saree at work
Whether you have small kids or planning a baby
Whether you have kids with or without marriage
Whether you are driven by emotions or logic during arguments
Whether you take stress or be calm in pressure
Whether you eat greens or pizzas as a choice
Whether you gained 10 kgs or loosing 20 kgs
We will be there in all this drama and love you more each day to make your life easier….

But there are few things you need to promise me, Women!!
When you come, choose equality and feel at par...
When you ask a question, an answer is given looking at the man in the room, I want you to stop him and ask "why"
Be ambitious and dream big to conquer the world, if someone asks “why” you must ask "why not"
Don’t shy away to compete for roles that are stereotypically believed to be performed by men
You will not be reluctant to share your ideas on any subject just because others will judge or discourage
You will bring all your talent, hard work, and commitment to the work to grab equal opportunities
You will not shrug off the praise and lowball your own abilities, in fact you will embrace it
Your beliefs about yourself will not be shaken by others views about you
You will feel good about yourself, stay confident, and spring back quickly after every bad event
You will not discount positive feedback about your abilities and embrace it with an open heart
You will not make peace when something is not right fundamentally
You will not judge yourself for being soft, harsh, aggressive, pushy, kind, or loving
You will voice your opinions and advocate your ideas while working in decision-making
So when you are at Chalo, come free-spirited with big wings...Bring your own damn self at the Chalo!

I hv nvr seen a company do so much fr their employees. U hv always treated everyone equally and always mre like a family than employees. U r like a mother of Chalo always loving,protecting and caring. I hv always seen you fighting fr right things. Its been a decade we hv wrked together bt stll feels need to learn a lot from you.
