Pour Card

RTS-Construction was pouring concrete for an east zone structure at Rakhiyal. The concrete pour card documented the project name, location, grade of concrete, quantity, levels being poured, slump, number of test cubes taken, start and end time of the pour, and confirmations that shuttering, reinforcement, cover blocks, access, safety, lighting, conveying equipment and curing arrangements were all approved and in place. Sign off was provided by both the contractor Saumya Construction and project management consultant FMPL.
