Rendering a Class Recording

1. Click on Produce and share (yellow arrow) in the Camtasia window. In the pop up window (red arrow), click on Custom production settings from the drop down menu (green arrow). Then click Next (orange arrow).

2. In the next box, click on the MP4 option (yellow arrow), then click Next (green arrow).

3. The next box should default to the settings as shown. Click on Flash Options (yellow arrow). Click Next (green arrow).

4. Double check settings as shown below. Click OK (yellow arrow), then Next (green arrow).

5. Next is the Video Options box (yellow arrow), click Include watermark (green arrow). Then click Options (red arrow).

6. This opens the Watermark Preview window (yellow arrow) to show position of watermark. Please note Image scale (green arrow) and Horizontal offset and Vertical offset settings (red arrows). Click OK (blue arrow), then Preview (orange arrow).

7. Click Preview current settings (yellow arrow).

8. This will begin rendering (yellow arrow) a short preview of your video.

9. When Preview screen (yellow arrow) appears, click play (green arrow) to view a short preview to check placement of watermark.

10. Preview video. If watermark placement is incorrect, go back to page 5 & 6 and change position using Horizontal & Vertical offset. If watermark placement is correct (yellow arrow), close window (green arrow). Then click Next (red arrow).

11. Now you are on the Production Wizard screen. Name your recording (yellow arrow) and save in documents/Camtasia studio (green arrow). Then click Finish (red arrow).

12. This will start rendering process (yellow arrow), which may take 30 or more minutes.
