SUNCOTE W 936 is a heavy duty die cast release agent concentrate used for pressure die casting of aluminum alloys. It dilutes easily with water for use in hand or automatic spray systems at a recommended initial dilution of 1:40-80. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
SUNCOTE W 936 is a heavy duty die cast release agent for use as die face lubricants for pressure die casting of aluminium alloys.

APPLICATION:
SUNCOTE W 936 dilute easily with soft water and used with hand or automatic spray
system. Recommended initial dilution is 1:40-80 the optimum dilution depends on the casting size & shape, die condition and lubricity requirements.

STORAGE:
Keep in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight during summer months and keep from freezing in the winter. Once opened replace lid and seal tightly.
