2012 Holiday Schedule

The 2012 holiday schedule lists the dates for New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and three winter holidays. Full-time regular employees are eligible for two additional floating holidays of 16 hours each to be used between October 1 and September 30. Part-time employees receive a prorated amount of floating holidays. New full-time hires after April 1 receive 8 hours of floating holiday. Temporary employees and contractors are not eligible for holiday pay or floating holidays.

FULL TIME REGULAR EMPLOYEES ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWO FLOATING HOLIDAYS (16 HOURS) TO BE TAKEN DURING THE FISCAL YEAR (OCTOBER 1-SEPTEMBER 30). PART-TIME EMPLOYEES WILL RECEIVE A PRORATED AMOUNT OF FLOATING HOLIDAYS BASED ON THEIR SCHEDULED WORK HOURS.
