2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR REMINDERS Welcome back! I hope everyone had a wonderful summer.

FORMS
The following forms were sent home with your child this week. Free and Reduced Application Student Data and Emergency Contact Information Volunteer application (this form must be completed annually and prior to any volunteering) Car tags (place in your vehicle for afternoon pick up) Please review and complete all forms. Please list all additional contact/pick-up people on the back of the Student Data and Emergency Contact Information form. If you have any questions please contact Pam Bowman.

AFTERNOON PICK-UP During afternoon pick up there is no parking along the fence inside or outside next to the road. Please do not block the entrance when you are in line and allow vehicles to enter that are parking. There is additional parking available in back by the Landry Building. Please practice patience and courtesy during this time until everyone gets familiar with our procedures.

SCHOOL CLOSURE DUE TO EMERGENCY


If the school must close due to an emergency you will be contacted by phone (review the Student Data and Emergency Contact form to ensure the phone numbers are accurate). The school cell phone is 234-7337.

Early Dismissal on Wednesdays


School dismisses at 1:00 every Wednesday. After school care is available from Blue Wave for a fee.
