The satisfaction that accompanies the successful completion of any task would be incomplete without mention of the people who made it possible and whose encouragement and guidance has been a source of inspiration throughout the course of the project. First of all I whole heartedly would like to thank Almighty God for his showers of blessings without which the project would not have seen the light of the day. I would like to express our sincere gratitude towards for giving me this opportunity to work within their environment. I express my profound sense of gratitude to Mr. P. Manohar Branch Manager of ICICI Direct. For inspiring and guiding me throughout the project, I am extremely thankful to my project guides who were always a motivational power to me.
