Laying refrigerant piping and connecting indoor and outdoor units, including drilling holes in walls if needed. Mounting indoor and outdoor units in their locations and preparing platforms for outdoor units. Running electric wiring between indoor and outdoor units and providing electric points, wiring, cabling, and distribution boards. Connecting copper lines with flare nuts and unions and charging the system with refrigerant gas. Installing condensate drain lines and leak testing and insulating the suction pipe.

SCOPE OF INSTALLATION WORKS Civil works i.

Laying refrigerant piping and connecting both the indoor and outdoor units after drilling hole/holes in the wall, if required. Mounting/Fitting indoor and outdoor units at the respective locations. Preparing the platforms required for mounting the outdoor units at the respective locations (split unit).

Electrical works i. ii. Suitable electric wiring shall be carried out between indoor and outdoor. Providing of electric points, wiring, cabling & distribution boards etc. (including MCB Box etc.)

Mechanical works i. Provision of flare nuts, union, capillary etc. for connecting the copper line with the indoor unit and outdoor units. Charging refrigerant gas in the unit. Installation of the condensate drains line terminating in the floor drain. Leak testing the entire system. Insulating the suction pipe with expanded polythene foam tubing.
