To log error data from a pump using datadump: 1. Put the pump in standalone mode and connect a laptop to the pump's iGEM interface. 2. In ServTerm software, select the TTL connection type and enter the service password to access functions. 3. Press the "DATA" button in ServTerm to save the error log file with the pump's serial number as the file name. Send the completed file to technical support for analysis.

How to use datadump for error logging.

1. 2. 3. 4. Set pump in standalone mode. F01 =2 Connect data cable from laptop to iGEM. Set switch SW3 to the right position. PC PRG Start up ServTerm 2.15 or 2.20

Change Type of connection to no.3 TTL CONNECTION Press CRC-button on iGEM. The Servterm window will show ENTER PASS 1 Enter service password using ServTerm keyboard. Same as when using remote. When Servterm window shows ENTER FUNCTION and Pump shows Fin UPD the data can be collected.

9. Press DATA button on Servterm. A new window will appear and you need to name the file as the pump serial number.

10. Enter file name, serial number, and press Save. 11. The file will now be created. 12. When file is done. Please send it to [email protected] for analyze. 13. Exchange the iGEM and send it to Wayne Malm marked for Christer Lfkvist at TechSupp.
