PL2303 XP2K Driver Revision Notes

This document provides release notes for the PL-2303 Windows XP/2000 driver from Prolific Technology. The driver supports Windows XP 32-bit and Windows 2000 SP4 operating systems for devices using PL-2303 chips that have a VID_067B&PID_2303 ID and "Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port" product string.
