INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS


COURSE REGISTRATION (Higher Semester Diploma/UG/PG/PhD Students)

The eligibility conditions for the promotions to the higher classes are as under; i. Candidate must acquire minimum of 36 credits in first year for admission to second year. ii. Candidates who cleared all the courses of First year and minimum of 36 credits of second year are eligible for registration of third year. iii. Candidates who cleared all courses of Second year and minimum of 36 credits of third year are eligible for registration of Final year.
Steps to be followed:

1. Download the Chalan copy of respective programme and category from the website 2. Write down Id No after 2012 in continuation. E.g. (2012091010001) 3. Write down your Full name in the space provided 4. Write down the course code & Name. (e.g. 101 & Civil Engg). Codes are available in the Fees Chart. 5. Payment shall be made to any SBI Branch in the State of Maharashtra with filled chalan copy. 6. With student copy of Chalan and grade sheets of earlier semesters. Student should come for the course registration in the schedule assigned for the class. 7. Contact the registration coordinator of the Department. Sign undertaking available with coordinator. 8. Finally register for the courses. 9. See for the name in the list to be displayed on the Notice Board of the Department on 3rd Sept 2012.
