Writing HTML for your Fictitious Restaurant


Create a hypothetical restaurant and make an online menu site. Write the HTML code in TextWrangler. View your work locally in your browser as you work. Directions Create a name Describe your culinary point of view list the & describe the following: Appetizers/small plates - Describe and list 2 or more Salads and or Soups- Describe and list 2 Entrees - Describe and list at least 3 Drinks - Describe and list 4 or more Include: Hours of operation Location, link to google map Contact info One or more photos anywhere on the page where appropriate Create your content first, then diagram your structure before moving to TextWrangler. Dont worry about style including color, changing text cases or typefaces, etc. Do create a hierarchy using the HTML tags you have to choose from including: h1-h3, ol & ul, em, strong, etc. Have fun with this and choose something that interests you. Deadline Due for review at the start of class Thursday October 2, 2012. Name & save files in a folder called lastname-ex3. Upload zipped folder to Dropbox.com and share folder with me. Your folder must be labeled with your last name so I can give you a grade.
