- Offers a 21 credit hour, 24 week certificate program
- Maximum time frame = 28 attempted hours (133% - school set
stricter standard than Department requirements)
- 21 divided by 28 = 75% (minimum percentage of credit hours to be
earned each increment in order for the student to graduate within the
maximum timeframe)
- Must maintain a C grade average at all times
- SAP is measured in 12 week increments

- Offers a 900 clock hour, 8 month certificate program
- Students allowed to enroll as full-time (24 hours per week) or part-
time 12 hours per week)
- Maximum time frame is based on number of months and enrollment
status (Full-time = 12 months, part-time = 24 months)
- 300 clock hours is the minimum number of clock hours to be earned
each increment in order for a full-time student to complete the
program within the maximum timeframe)
- Must maintain a C grade average at all times
- SAP is measured in 4 month increments
