Prayer song:

prayer is the soul, the fountain,the mother of a thousand blessings. At this auspicious occation ,I call eveyone on the dais to chant for the prayer song followed by tamil thai vazthu.

Welcome Address:
Welcome is the one which is express by our soal. As the way I callupon Ms.G.binu francis I M.sc,computer science., to deliver the welcome address. Now I welcome a pure soal Mr. M Arumai selvam Vice Principal, Head PG and Reasearch department of computer science to introduce our chiefguest.

Honouring the dignitaries:


dignity does not come in processing honours,but in deserving them. Now,I request our Rev.Fr.Secretary and Principal to honour our chiefguest, with a momento & bookie. Now,I request our Head of the department to honour our Rev.Fr.Secretary with a momento & bookie. Now,I request our Head of the department to honour our deen Dr.S.chinnappan,Head department of history with bookie.

Keynote Address:
Those who make peaceful revolution will make a world revolution . Now I request our college revolutionalist Rev.Fr.Secretary to address the gathering. Now I request our chiefguest Mr.C.Joseph Antony Raj,Chief Educational Officer,Cuddalore district to deliver the address.

Prize Distribution:
Now I callupon Mrs.Christy secretary of josebytes Association to read out the prize winners.

Vote Of Thanks:
No Word is mentioned at end of every occation with thanks. So, I request our Asst.proffesor to deliver the vote of thanks. Mrs.Vidhya

National Anthem:
Let us all stand together for National Anthem.
