This & That provides cleaning, painting, and decorating services from Monday to Friday between 8am and 3:30pm. Their hourly rate is $15 and flat rates are available depending on the project. General cleaning is considered upkeep and the level is determined by the customer. Basic cleaning supplies are included but any special requests cost extra. Deep cleaning requires a minimum $85 payment and includes items chosen by the customer, with basic supplies included. Additional services like carpet cleaning are offered at hourly or flat rates depending on the size and condition. Painting can be charged hourly or by project depending on its extent and difficulty. Customers are involved in color selection for painting and decorating projects.

This & That Pricing Information Service Hours Monday Friday 8am-3:30PM (Special Arrangements can be made) Hourly

y rate for all services is $15.00 per hour. Flat rates are available upon evaluation of the project(s) General Cleaning: General cleaning is considered Upkeep. The desired level of upkeep is to be determined by the customer. Basic cleaning products are provided by This & That; however, any special product requests are additional. Deep Cleaning Deep cleaning is extensive and requires a minimum of $85.00. The items included in the deep cleaning are to be determined by the customer. Again, basic cleaning supplies are provided by This & That, special product requests are additional. Additional Services Offered: Carpet cleaning not steaming @ Hourly rate or agreed flat rate (depending on size and condition of carpet); stain removal Painting , Organization & Decorating Projects Painting can be calculated hourly or by project (depending on the extensiveness and difficulties of the project(s). Painting and decorating: Customers are involved in the process picking out colors, patterns, etc. and these items are not included in the price. Options will be given, shopping done with or without the customer as needed and Samples to be provided to the customer with plan.
