Characteristics of Patrols
Patrol should be vigilant and always look for an unusual incidents. In case of any crime detection, any other incident, inform site IC, and control room. Action in case of any office, shop floor or machine room is found unattended, Watch persons with suspicious nature and action as per Access Control Policy. During night, the patrol should check all lights in working condition, check lighting, monitor duties and security and safety precautions All perimeter walls, boundary walls and fencing for security and completeness. In guard room/control room maintain records of events, patrols and messages etc. All patrolling activity shall be recorded as per the format, showing, timings, names of the staff, and observations / incidents during the patrol.
