Present Perfect Continuous
This tense is used to talk about an action or actions that started in the past and continued until recently or that continue into the future: We can use it to refer to an action that has finished but you can still see evidence. E.g. You look tired. Have you been sleeping properly? I've got a a stiff neck. I've been working too long on computer
E.g. I have been working as a teacher for 30 years. They have been doing homework all day.

She has not been eating well.

Have you been running?
Past actions recently stopped: Use this tense also to talk about actions that began in the past and have recently stopped. E.g. I have been waiting for you for half an hour! I'm not waiting anymore because you have come.
Look at her eyes! I'm sure she has been crying. She stopped crying when she saw them.
