high level decision making . An extensive research has been carried out in this direction
and it resulted in some specialized data base systems and analysis tools, having primary
Focus on business decision support .One of such systems is data
warehousing.Organisations can consolidate information from several data bases into a
data warehouse copying tables from many sou rces into one location or by materializing
a view that is define over tables from several sources. Data warehousing has become
wide spread and many specialized products are now available to create and manage ware
houses of data form multiple data bases.
