Position Purpose Product Development Executive in Business & Consumer Products unit is responsible for: Managing customization projects on charging, billing and voucher management platforms Managing offer development for prepaid and postpaid market segments

Education & Professional Qualification Degree(s)/Major(s): BSc Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering (MBA a plus) Certification(s): PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma preferred

Experience At least 2 years of experience in project management, product develoment or software development in ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities
To work as a liaison and a coordinator between commercial and technology divisions. Contribute to product screening and creation of products roadmap. Manage a large cross-functional team.

Conduct product scoping in co-ordination with cross functional team.


Participate in the vendor selection and product sourcing exercise. Get product development approval from decision forums. Ensure timely delivery of the project within allotted budget. Ensure project status visibility to stakeholders at all management levels. Plan product testing and roll out in close coordination with technology, marketing, sales and customer services. Contribute in standardization and automation of business processes
