Sir,

I have the honour to state that my twine daughters are studying in U.C.C.
College at Barapani. There is three days Puja Holiday w.e.f. 7th to 9th October,
2008. During these days they may kindly be allowed to stay in NESAC Guest
House along with their two classmates. The four girls need only one double seated
room, if you can’t provide two double seated rooms. All the necessary charges will
be paid by my daughters. Kindly inform to me over my telephone for confirmation.

With reference to your letter No.SAC/BMS-NER/39.2/2004 dated 4th


September, 2008 regarding the technical details of Mobile VSAT System, I would
like to know the cost of the Satellite Link and Bandwidth Charge, Operational and
Maintenance Charges which are to be paid as extra charge. Please inform me the
actual amount to be paid as extra charge by fax.
