In Social Studies we finished our Michigan Geography Unit. The student took their test this week. They will come home on before break. We also made a BIG geography book in class. I will be grading them over break. The students had fun putting them together! In Science we will start our Light and Sound Unit in January. In Math we are working on Unit 3. This unit covers

I retested al students to see how they are progressing. We will be forming new word Journeys groups when we return from break. Parent Volunteers- Please contact me if interested. We LOVE parent help!! Weather Brrrr. It is getting cold outside. Please make sure your child is dressed for the weather coat, snowpants, hat, mittens. Mystery Reader: If you are interested and available, please schedule a time to SURPRISE your child and read to the class. The kids have been having a GREAT time having parents pop in and share a favorite book.
Please go over your childs homework and have them correct any errors. This will help to reinforce concepts that we learned in class.
