This order terminates a previous child support and/or alimony obligation based on a petition filed in Escambia County Circuit Court. The obligation is canceled as of a specified date. The court reserves the right to reinstate the obligation if circumstances change or facts in the petition are found to be inaccurate. Any arrears accrued prior to the order are still subject to establishment by the court.
