Having high emotional intelligence (EQ) helps one understand and manage emotions to benefit situations. 3) Developing EQ competencies like self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship skills provides advantages such as better relationships, communication and conflict resolution abilities.

Bergantung kepada setinggi mana pencapaian akademik seseorang

The rules for work are changing. Were being judged by a new yardstick

not just by how smart we are, or by our training and expertise, but also by how we handle ourselves and each other

These rules have little to do with what we were told was important in school

It focuses instead on personal qualities such as initiative empathy adaptability persuasiveness.
