numerous accusations of misconduct against the Trustee, her attorney and her staff members which are unfounded and false. For the record, she denies all allegations of misconduct. 2. The Declaration of E. Alexandra DeLateur is attached hereto and incorporated herein as to the allegations against her with regard to the first meeting date of December 12, 2011. Further details will be provided should the Court determine that additional information is necessary. The Trustee reserves the right to present further evidence of her conduct in any forum as appropriate.
