STRAIGHT MOTION NETS

TYPE: 60.
A modular conveyor belt with pitch 50 mm. The contacting surface of the belt with the conveyed product is flat and smooth. Its open surface is 60% of its total surface, created by two rows of openings with dimensions 13 8 mm, and one row of openings with dimensions 10 8 mm. The wide open surface of the belt permits the unobstracted passage of the liquids and gasses making the belt the most suitable to use in washers and dryers. The connection rod of the segments has diameter 6,4 mm. The motion transmission is made by the plastic sprockets S2400. The belt 60 co-operates with the Escalator Flights and with the Side Guards, and create Escalators and Belts with independent lines. The wavy shape of the escalator flights of the series 2400 (innovation of ALPHA bros), does not permit the sticking of any conveyed product
