Business must go issued paid to count as production for any of these levels. Production required for a level must all go issued paid during the same NAA production month. NAA production months end on the last Thursday of each calendar month. The denition of issued paid can be found at this link: https://www.naaleads.com/100_glossary.php#issued-paid. Additional premium on annuities receive credit toward premium requirements but do not count as an issued paid app for structure requirements. Most carriers do not provide us with split policy information; the agent listed on the issued paid data that NAA receives from the carrier will be the agent who receives credit for that policy. Dollar amounts listed are annualized premiums. An agents hierarchy production is their personal production plus production from all their downline agents. The hierarchy structure used to determine the agents level for the month is the structure in place the day after the previous production month ended. Builder Levels can be achieved by substituting in the corresponding Producer Level(s) to meet any structure requirements. If you are combined with your spouse, you count as one circle in the hierarchy structure, all legs direct to you and your spouse are considered as direct to your one circle, and all production from you and your spouse count as your personal production. To be promoted on the Producer Levels, you must meet the 75% placement rate requirement. PP personal production. UW unique writer. IPL issued paid leg. Recognized Level is your level based on one months production. Qualied Level is your earned contract level. You can move up one contract level every 2 months. You must achieve the next Agent Level (or higher) for 2 consecutive months to move up to the next contract level associated with that Agent Level. You may qualify by Builder and/or Producer Levels. You are locked into your Qualied Level for 6 months (starting with the month you become qualied for that level). If you do not re-qualify for your current level or qualify for the next level, you will drop one contract level after those 6 months.
