Vdu Uv Udv: Integration by Parts

Integration by Parts allows one to evaluate integrals of functions multiplied together by rewriting the integral as the sum of two integrals with the derivative of one function multiplied by the integral of the other. The normal derivative operator finds the outward normal vector and derivative of a function with respect to that normal vector at points on the boundary of a domain. Green's Formula relates the volume and surface integrals of functions and their derivatives over a domain by transforming the volume integral into a surface integral, allowing integrals over volumes to be evaluated as surface integrals.
