Project works:
I with my group fellows have done a project with Sumit bank regarding its operations i.e types of accounts, way of loaning, schemes and recovery of loans e.t.c. A complete research project on customer satisfaction regarding services provided by the social security hospital Gujranwala. We have worked by taking almost 26 variables and interviewed almost 100 indoor as well as outdoor patients to come to know that either they are satisfied about the services provided to them by the Hospital or not and if they are not , what are the reasons and how to overcome these ones. A project is done with Boss Molded furniture regarding the activities of Human resource department of the firm. I have provided assistance to a PhD scholar, Assistant Professor Mr. Mudasar Gafoor, commerce department, University of the Punjab Gujranwala campus in data collection and literature review. Our respected teacher was doing research work on job satisfaction among teaching staff of public sector Universities all over Pakistan.
