Information For Parricide

Juan Dela Cruz has been accused of parricide for the murder of his wife Juana Dela Cruz. According to the information, on February 16, 2013 at around 11:00 pm in Baguio City, Juan Dela Cruz shot and killed his wife Juana with a .38 caliber pistol out of extreme jealousy. A preliminary investigation found reasonable grounds to believe Juan committed the offense and that he is probably guilty. The prosecutor is recommending that no bail be granted.

The undersigned hereby accuses JUAN DELA CRUZ of the crime of PARRICIDE, committed as follows, to wit: That on or about February 16, 2013 at about 11:00 pm, in the City of Baguio and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused, motivated by extreme jealously, and while armed with a .38 caliber pistol, did then willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously, suddenly, unexpectedly, and treacherously fired several shots at JUANA DELA CRUZ, his lawfully wedded wife, which caused the instantaneous death of his said wife. CONTRARY TO LAW. Baguio City, Philippines, this 5th day of March 2013.
