Worked security and cash register when needed. Assistant Head Lifeguard April 2011 August 2012 Highland Lakes Condominium Association, Northville, MI Responsible for all other lifeguards working. Also was in charge of prepping the pool for open after being closed for the winter. Kept the acid and chlorine levels balanced by calibrating the automatic feeder system when needed. Enforced rules and saved lives when necessary. Lifeguard September 2011 April 2012 DDH YMCA, Grand Rapids, MI Responsible for checking chemicals, enforcing rules, and saving lives.

Leadership Experience
President of University Triathlon Club GVSU Triathlon Club, Allendale, MI January 2009 April 2012 Coached athletes who were new to the sport of triathlon, organized two 5Ks to raise money for suicide awareness, and also led the team to compete against other Universities. Captain of Cross Country Team NHS Mens Cross Country, Northville, MI June 2007 November 2007 Was chosen captain to organize practices over the summer and to show the underclassmen the ropes as well as mentored. Led the team to qualify for the DI state championships for the first time in 25 years where we placed 9th.
