Vendor Application Information

Welcome to one and all! You are invited to join The Tomb in the inaugural year of
In-CON-Ceivable. This event is a vendor fair focused around science fiction and fantasy, and it
will be held at the Moose Lodge in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The dates for the show are
September 21st from 10:00 to 7:00 and 22nd from 10:00 to 4:00, 2013. We are looking for
vendors for this event. We look forward to our first event being a big success so that in
succeeding years we can grow into a larger, full convention to be the destination event for
genre fans in the western Massachusetts area.
Below you will find a vendor application. Space is limited, so please send in your
application and payment as soon as possible, no later than July 15th 2013. The address to send it
to can be found at the end of the application.

This is a juried event to ensure an even mix of vendors and items. Along with your application,
please send a check for the total amount due to pay for your table(s).
Vendors will be responsible for collection and payment of their own taxes.
Vendors must be set up prior to the opening of the show on Saturday morning. Set up time will
be available on Friday the 20th from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
There will be no early break-down to maintain the integrity of the show.
The show is rain or shine. The vendors are responsible for the care of their product.
There is no refund for cancellation or no show.
Security will be on hand throughout the event and overnight, but we cannot guarantee the safety
of your display or contents. Displays should be covered overnight.
Vendor site requirements: All tables must be covered. All spaces must be kept trash free.
Vendor must provide own table, chairs, extension cord and lighting fixtures (if electricity is
requested).
There will be a limit of one vehicle for each vendor, to allow ample parking for customers.
This event will feature no admission charge for attendees.
