July 26, 2010 was the author's first day doing fieldwork at a hospital as a nursing student. They were assigned to the maternity ward and felt nervous. The nurses were kind and had the author accompany them, though the author did not fully understand the work. The next day, the author was able to work independently. The experience was unforgettable and taught the author how to be a professional nurse and help others.

Working Practices Unforgettable Juli 26th, 2010, was a day that for the first time I got a field

work. As a nursing student, we have to do field work or called by KOMUDA. It was a day that I will never forget. It was my first experience to stay in the hospital. I was assigned in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakartas hospital. At first, in the morning, my friends and I went to the training room to get a license. We was so confuse to found it because we were never known before. After a minutes, we found it. Next, we got a briefing before we went to ward. After that we was divided into a several group and several ward. I got pregnant ward. I was so nervous and so afraid when I stay there for the first time. But I tried to stay calm. After I enter the ward, I introduced my self to nurse who stay in the ward. The names is Mrs. Fitnaningsih and Mrs. Sari. They were very kind and friendly. Then they asked me to made a nursing plan format. But I was still confuse because we never got this material before. They said , just follow us abed. They didnt force me making nursing plan. Actually, it was very fun but I still not too understood. I accompanied by a girls that got the fieldwork too. The names isYani she is from STIKES AISYAH, but she has run Ko-Ners. She was not only kind and friendly. I learned a lot from her. For the next day, I could do it by my self. The experience I will never forget, because with that experience I was able to understand and can become a professional nurse, so I will continue to strive to always help others.

Juli 24, 2010, adalah hari yang untuk pertama kalinya saya mendapat pekerjaan lapangan. Sebagai mahasiswa keperawatan, kita harus melakukan kerja lapangan atau yang disebut dengan "KOMUDA". Ini adalah hari yang saya tidak akan pernah lupa. Ini adalah pengalaman pertama saya untuk tinggal di rumah sakit. Aku bertugas di rumah sakit PKU Muhammadyah Yogyakarta. Pada awalnya, di pagi hari, teman saya dan saya pergi ke ruang pelatihan untuk mendapatkan lisensi. Kami sangat bingung untuk menemukannya karena kami tidak pernah dikenal sebelumnya. Setelah beberapa menit, kami menemukan itu. Selanjutnya, kami mendapat pengarahan sebelum kami pergi ke bangsal. Setelah itu kami dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok dan beberapa bangsal. Aku punya lingkungan hamil. Saya sangat gugup dan sangat takut ketika aku tinggal di sana untuk pertama kalinya. Tapi aku mencoba untuk tetap tenang. Setelah saya masuk bangsal, saya memperkenalkan diri saya kepada perawat yang tinggal di bangsal. Nama Mrs Fitnaningsih dan Mrs Sari. Mereka sangat baik dan ramah. Kemudian mereka meminta saya untuk membuat format rencana keperawatan. Tapi aku masih bingung karena kita tidak pernah mendapatkan materi ini sebelumnya. Mereka berkata, "ikuti saja kami ranjang". Mereka tidak memaksa saya membuat rencana keperawatan. Sebenarnya, itu sangat menyenangkan tapi aku masih tidak terlalu dipahami. Aku disertai dengan gadis yang mendapat lapangan juga. Nama adalah Yani dia dari STIKES Aisyah, tapi ia telah menjalankan Ko-Ners. Dia bukan satu-satunya dan ramah. Saya belajar banyak dari dia. Untuk hari berikutnya, aku bisa melakukannya dengan diri saya.
